REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys working with children aged 20 months to 12 years old. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a classroom setting with this age range of students and will foster a creative and welcoming learning environment. Candidates must be highly organized and be able to work independently following a structured system.

Must have access to reliable transportation for travel within the east valley area (Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler, Gilbert). This job requires the storage and transportation of art supplies for each class you teach. Must be proficient in understanding and providing written and verbal communication.

**Must have a Level I IVP fingerprint clearance card prior to hiring.

JOB HOURS:

Various work opportunities available will include enrichment classes, camps and in-school field trips. Monthly hours will vary from 2-30 hours per month. Opportunities for further programming into 2026 are TBD

Pay: $15-20 dollars per hour

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Daily application of classroom management and leadership skills

All curriculum, lesson plans and materials provided

Creation of samples for each art lesson in preparation for class

Attending all teacher meetings and on-going trainings

Following a simple class structure and curriculum created by a team of educators

Management of 8-24 kids per class

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
