We would like you to join our team as an intern to help maintaining good relations with our residents. This is an entry level position for an individual who is interested in career or real estate development and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision is a must. The rest - we will train you as long as you are hardworking and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Manager in managing all rental properties
- Prepare and post accurate vacant property advertisements
- Screen and pre-qualify potential new tenants
- Conduct move-in and out inspections
- Coordinate property turnover between tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee vendors
- Enforce lease terms and company policies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Operate company vehicle as needed
-Resident events planning and participation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Notary Public Certification (training will be provided and paid for)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
