Qualifications

Need be able to communicate easily and work well with other people on projects

•

Should be experienced with both manual mill and manual lathe operations

Must have welding skills

•

Must be able to hold tight tolerances (+/- .001 in)

•

Ability to understand and follow instructions 

•

Reliable transportation and attendance

•

Mechanical aptitude

•

Ability to copy or slightly modify a sample part

•

Machining: Completion of Machinist course or 2 years hands on experience
