We are seeking a nurturing, energetic, and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children ages 2–6.
Key Responsibilities:Create and implement lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Observe and document children’s growth and development
Communicate regularly with parents and team members
Follow licensing requirements under Title 22
Provide positive guidance and support to children
Qualifications (Per Title 22 – California):At least 12 post-secondary units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, including:
3 units in Child Growth & Development
3 units in Child, Family, and Community
6 units in program/curriculum
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience in a licensed child care center (preferred)
Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
Health screening and TB clearance
Fingerprint clearance through Live Scan
