I am writing to announce an exciting opportunity to hire an on-site manager for my 8-suite luxury inn, the Davenport Inn.

This position would be ideal for an individual or a couple who currently work remotely, as the compensation includes a complimentary, furnished apartment on-site. This comprehensive package covers utilities and parking, with an approximate monthly value of $3000.

The primary responsibilities for this role include:
* Acting as the welcoming face of the Davenport Inn.
* Overseeing the breakdown of each suite as guests check out, including stripping beds, emptying trash, and replenishing amenities such as candy, water, and toilet paper.
* Managing laundry, ensuring all items are done, folded, and pillowcases are ironed.
* Occasionally answering phones and taking reservations.
* Working with our Cloudbeds program, which includes monitoring area room rates.
* Developing our online presence through social media on Facebook and Instagram.
* Stocking the kitchenette area.
* Stocking the second-floor linen closet.
* Maintaining general cleanliness of all common areas.
