The UPS Store in North Scottsdale is currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. We are seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. These are permanent positions with opportunities for growth.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you will:

Receive and process packages for domestic and international courier shipment

Operate store equipment such as copiers, fax machines, binding/laminating machines, and POS systems

Assist customers with shipping, printing, notary, amazon returns  and other business service needs.

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior retail experience is highly preferred

Strong computer and internet skills

Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance

Accuracy and speed in typing and handling transactions

Experience in printing, graphic design, shipping, or notary services is a plus
