About Skyhawks:

Skyhawks Sports has been a leader in youth sports for over 45 years, partnering with organizations like USA Football, USA Field Hockey, and Texas A&M. We create safe, fun, and educational programs where kids aged 5-14 build life skills through sports and active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead age-appropriate sports activities and games.

Teach fundamental skills and techniques across a variety of sports.

Create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters positive interactions.

Encourage and guide participants with constructive feedback.

Communicate effectively with parents and program coordinators.

Maintain and organize equipment and uphold our core values.

Qualifications:

Experience working with kids in a sports or educational setting (preferred).

Knowledge of sports fundamentals and the ability to teach them (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR/First Aid certification (we can assist if you don’t have it).

Must pass a background check and child abuse clearances.

Reliable transportation to and from program locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week

Roles are between Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM - 4:15 PM, or 3:30-6pm. Minimum 3 days availability.
