Advance Kids is seeking compassionate, professional, and motivated DSP's/RBT's to help grow our residential crisis programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our homes are in Rio Linda (serving children ages 12-17), Orangevale (serving adults ages 18+), Shingle Springs (serving adults ages 18+)!

The DSP is actively involved in the days of the homes residents and coordinates outings, appointments, medications, meals and the upkeep of the home.
