We’re seeking Reformer-certified Pilates Instructors who are passionate, knowledgeable, and bring radiant energy to every class. If you’re someone who loves movement, empowers others, and thrives in a beautiful, community-focused space—this is your moment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes, both private and group.
• Ensure proper alignment and form to support injury-free movement.
• Customize workouts based on individual goals and abilities.
• Offer smart modifications and progressions for a range of fitness levels.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and elegant studio culture.
• Stay current with Pilates trends and movement science.
• Promote class packages and memberships to help build our community.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enrich client experience.

What You Bring:

• Reformer Pilates Certification from a recognized program (required).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and functional movement.
• Experience in fitness, personal training, or related wellness fields (preferred).
• Warm, inspiring communication and a welcoming presence.
• Passion for health, movement, and ongoing professional development.
