Position Overview

We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. In this commission-based role, you’ll drive sales, support local and digital marketing efforts, manage leads, and conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Marketing Execution: Collaborate with the corporate team to implement tailored local and digital marketing strategies.

Lead Management: Handle inbound leads with urgency, following up promptly and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.

Client Consultations: Conduct at-home assessments, present Spray-Net solutions, and deliver accurate project estimates.

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Brand Representation: Represent Spray-Net Southern Wisconsin at home shows, community events, and key networking opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within home improvement, painting, remodeling, or a related field.

Design Experience: A good eye for color and aesthetics is a strong asset—especially when helping clients visualize transformations.

Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and hit goals without constant oversight.

Flexible Availability: Willing to work days, evenings, and some weekends to accommodate client schedules.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within the service area.
