Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple siding crews and daily field operations
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and details
• Ensure top-quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate with Project Managers and report project progress
• Manage onsite materials, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Communicate effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and site teams
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore for documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong experience in siding installation and supervision
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and jobsite management
• Experience with project management tools like Procore or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to various job sites across Cape Cod
• MA Hoisting License preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
