Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

OR

STUDY PLAN ELIGIBILITY 
*Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s Degree in any field and be enrolled in ECE degree program at an accredited university leading to an ECE Bachelor’s degree.

* Strong understanding of child development ages 2-5 years old
* Patient, kind, and responsible.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
* First aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth
* Knowledge of Creative Curriculum 
* Maintain communication with families and staff. 
* Implement daily and weekly activities that are developmentally appropriate
* Serve snacks and meals
* Provide basic care and caregiving activities
* Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
* Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
