PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Retail Sales Associates on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Yuma, AZ.

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys engaging with people in a dynamic environment. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming storefront experience, helping customers find what they need, and supporting store success through teamwork and consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly approach to foster a positive shopping atmosphere
• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Build customer trust through reliable service and proactive follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed store performance goals
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and resolve customer issues or inquiries professionally
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintain availability for a flexible schedule including weekends & most holidays

Required Skills

• Prior retail or general customer service experience
• Sales-related experience is required (commission-based sales strongly preferred)
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and assist customers
• Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality with a service-minded approach
• Solid listening and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to team success
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a collaborative retail environment
