Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Production Assistant to support our production team. This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, packaging,

and preparing our products for shipment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, testing, and packaging of audio equipment

• Perform quality control checks and sound performance tests

• Maintain organized workspaces and production materials

• Support shipping and receiving tasks including labeling and order preparation

• Ensure adherence to all safety and operational procedures

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Handle additional duties as assigned by management

• Work a flexible weekly schedule (schedule communicated in advance)

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in the audio technology or related industry is a benefit

• Strong attention to detail and task consistency

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with basic tools and small electronics (soldering is a plus)

• Basic computer skills for inventory systems

• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
