This job opening is for a Crawlspace Technician. We are looking for someone with construction experience as well. The day-to-day job includes but is not limited to: Mold Remediation, Crawlspace Encapsulation (Laying Vapor Barrier), Drainage Installations, Foam Board Insulation, Floor Leveling, Installing and Removing Floor Joists, etc.

MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE HEAVY EQUIPMENT (EXCAVATOR, ETC.)

What is required to join our team:

• Professionalism

• Construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Be able to load and deliver materials from the office to the worksite
• Be able to perform set up and clean up tasks at the worksite
• Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
• Lift heavy objects
• Be able to enter crawlspaces/basements and other confined areas

Our hours are Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM

We do not work weekends!
