**What You'll Do:**

* Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to support our programs
* Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
* Organize fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives
* Write compelling grant proposals and impact reports
* Collaborate with our Board of Directors to align fundraising goals

**What We're Looking For:**

* A passion for non-profit work and community impact
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in fundraising, sales, donor relations, or grant writing (1-3 years preferred)
* Creativity, organization, and a results-driven mindset
