DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service to all customers and staff
• Assist customers with purchases using point of sale system.
• Prepare specialty packages according to instructions
• Assist with quality control (to include monitoring product freshness and appearance)
• Be thoroughly familiar with mail order procedures
• Keep candy trays and containers filled and clean
• Courteously and accurately assist with orders or questions from telephone customers
• Arrive to work on time and when scheduled
• Assist with monthly inventory count/orders
• Stock retail freezer
• Assist in coffee bar as needed
• Ability to work flexible schedule as assigned including weekends.
• Perform light janitorial and Good Manufacturing Practices as assigned
• Responsible for being familiar with the company HACCP policy and shared responsibility in HACCP compliance
• Other duties as assigned
