As a key part of our optical department, you'll help patients select the perfect eyewear, ensure accurate fittings, and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include:

Assisting patients with frame and lens selection based on their prescription and style preferences

Performing eyewear adjustments and repairs

Educating patients on lens options and care

Managing frame inventory and orders

Verifying prescriptions and working closely with the doctor team

Providing an exceptional and welcoming patient experience

We're looking for someone who:

Has optical experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person)

Communicates clearly and compassionately

Is organized, dependable, and thrives in a team environment
