Job Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable, licensed Pest Control Technician to help us serve customers with excellence and keep our founder’s dream alive. The ideal candidate is someone who believes in hard work, pride in a job well done, and treating customers like neighbors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pests
• Apply proper pest control solutions and preventive measures
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Keep accurate service records and follow company protocols
• Maintain a strong sense of safety, integrity, and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a close-knit team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $1,000 per week
• Bonus commission eligibility after 60 days for jobs sold
• Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle (company vehicle not currently provided)
