Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our door-to-door sales team in South Jersey. In this 1099 independent contractor role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with homeowners, educating them on solar benefits, and guiding them through the pre-installation process. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals who want control over their schedule and earnings.
Responsibilities:
   •    Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
   •    Communicate the financial and environmental benefits of solar
   •    Qualify potential customers based on utility usage and property factors
   •    Schedule follow-up appointments or present proposals on-site
   •    Guide customers through the agreement and transition to installation
   •    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
   •    Report activity and manage leads through CRM tools
Requirements:
   •    Prior door-to-door, face-to-face, or B2C sales experience preferred
   •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   •    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
   •    Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
   •    Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for long periods
   •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
   •    Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation:
   •    1099 independent contractor position
   •    Commission-only role with high earning potential (average reps earn $5,000–$12,000/month)
