Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper/Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance. The Groundskeeper will ensure that all areas are well-kept, safe, and inviting.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various groundskeeping activities.
• Irrigate plants and lawns to promote healthy growth and maintain optimal conditions.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed to enhance the landscape.
• Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and applying fertilizers.
• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape/maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant care is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Must be able to drive a Zero Turn
