Imperial Tree and Stump is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Tree Care Climber. As a key member of our crew, you will assist with various aspects of tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal, while maintaining a safe work environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and on-the-job training, as well as a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere. Pay is competitive and will be based on your experience and the position, and we will discuss during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Climbers: Pay based on driving status and experience.

Safely climb trees using proper equipment and techniques.

Prune, trim, and remove trees as directed by crew leaders

General Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.+ Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients.

Qualifications:

Have the ability to perform demanding manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Climber positions require previous climbing experience.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- A Clean license!

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.
