Part-Time Tutor for Two Children (Grades 1 & 3)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, patient tutor to work with two elementary-aged children (1st and 3rd grade) on a part-time basis. This role involves basic homework support, reading practice, and reinforcement of math skills in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Work 2–3 days per week, approx. 4–6 hours total
• Help with reading fluency, basic math, and writing
• Make learning fun and engaging
• Keep parents updated on progress or challenges

Ideal Candidate:

• College student, education major, or experienced with kids
• Comfortable working in a home environment
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and professional

In-home tutoring in Jonesboro, AR

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
