The Role
As an RBT with ABS, you'll provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with autism in our clinic-based setting. You'll work closely with our BCBA team to implement individualized treatment plans that help children develop essential life skills.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 setting using evidence-based teaching methods
• Implement behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
• Collect and record detailed behavioral data
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by your BCBA supervisor
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized therapy environments
• Collaborate with treatment teams including families and colleagues
What We're Looking For
The Right Fit:
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working and playing with children
• Commitment to completing RBT requirements within 30 days of hire (we pay for training and exam)
• Ability to work with children who may display challenging behaviors
• Physical ability to work on the floor and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with families
• Manual dexterity for data collection on electronic devices
We Provide the Training: No prior ABA experience required – we'll teach you everything you need to know through our comprehensive orientation and hands-on training program.
