Job Overview:
Home Tech Marketing Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality internet and streaming services directly to homeowners through door-to-door sales and Events.
You will be the face of our company in the community, helping customers understand the benefits of our offerings while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Actively engage with potential customers in designated neighborhoods to promote and sell our internet and streaming services.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including community events, referrals, and networking.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing excellent service to foster trust and loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in telecommunications, home services, or related industries.
