**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative culinary environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
* Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Assist in inventory management and notify the chef of any shortages.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Food Handler’s Certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
* Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Comfort working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
