• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT): With an active Florida license (or eligibility).

What You’ll Do:  
 

• Drive Patient Impact: Assess and treat diverse patients—athletes, post-op, neurological cases—in-clinic and via telehealth, ensuring their goals are met and quality of life improves.  
• Build Our Reputation: Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that strengthens Align’s standing as Central Florida’s trusted rehab leader.  
• Grow Our Reach: Attract more patients through outstanding outcomes and word-of-mouth referrals, expanding our community impact.  
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with a dynamic team of PTs, OTs, and sports medicine experts, using tools like AI-assisted motion analysis and aquatic therapy.  
• Educate & Inspire: Empower patients and families with sustainable recovery strategies to enhance their everyday lives.
