As we grow further, we’re looking for a driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our brand presence across digital and physical channels.
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for support the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing, executing, and managing all marketing initiatives across platforms including digital advertising (Google, Facebook), social media, website content management, trade shows, and community events. This individual will play a key role in reinforcing Yutka Fence’s brand, implementing campaigns, tracking performance, increasing market visibility, and supporting the lead generation through well-structured marketing strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with and support the Sales and Marketing Manager to execute cohesive marketing strategies.
- Execution: Take ownership of day-to-day tasks, from social media content and campaign execution to coordinating events, building local partnerships, and expanding our marketing network through community and vendor engagement.
- Creativity & Communication: Craft compelling content, engage our audience effectively, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Organization: Maintain a consistent marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns seamlessly.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use performance analytics to drive smarter marketing efforts.
- Attention to Detail: Monitor campaign effectiveness and help ensure quality at every touchpoint.
- Brand Stewardship: Serve as a brand ambassador who reinforces our commitment to quality and service through consistent messaging, customer-facing content, and active community engagement or outreach efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with leadership to plan seasonal promotions and messaging.
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Website and SEO Oversight:
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant content, service updates, and project showcases.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied to increase organic search visibility.
- Event & Tradeshow Coordination:
- Help plan and manage trade shows, local expos, and community events.
- Help handle logistics, booth setup, materials, and event staffing.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance marketing results.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all marketing materials and channels reflect Yutka Fence’s brand values and voice.
- Collaborate with designers, vendors, and printers when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in small– to mid-sized businesses.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools.
- Strong experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience planning and coordinating events or trade shows is a plus.
- Knowledge of the fencing, construction, or home services industry is a bonus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
- Simple IRA 3% match

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Standard office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability will be required during shows, events, or peak business periods.
