Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team but experience is not required. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of flooring materials including self-leveling cements and resinous floors.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations.
• Perform water damage restoration tasks when necessary to restore flooring integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on site.
• Travel necessary for up to 1 week at a time.

Skills

• Experience in flooring or construction preferred, but not required.
• Skilled in using power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Ability to work with on site foreman and communicate for successful installations.
• Valid drivers license required to drive company truck.
