Flipper’s Gymnastics in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Full-Time General Manager. Looking for someone with good people skills, great with kids, and experienced with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the sport of gymnastics is a must. Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Payroll processing 
• Outsourced Gym Time
• Facility & Borough requirements 
• Customer service/student issues
• Organizational events
• Assessing need for additional classes
• Interviewing/Hiring
• Processing New Hire paperwork 
• General training/Staff Meetings
• Employee Incentives
