Job Description:

We are actively seeking a personable and self-motivated licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide online telepsychiatric services to individuals in Iowa and Wyoming. This telepsych/virtual role allows you to work from your home office while connecting with patients in their own homes during appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychotherapy services in compliance with Iowa state and national regulations.
• Maintain an organized schedule for all active clients.
• Complete appointment notes in a timely manner, adhering to insurance contract requirements.
• Operate and troubleshoot your own technology, including computer, software, and electronic health records (EHR).

About the Position:

You will initially cover new patients requiring therapy and become a valuable member of our rapidly growing practice. Increased client flexibility and availability on weekends can enhance your caseload. Appointments may take place either in-office or virtually, depending on your arrangements.

Compensation is based on face-to-face interactions with patients, aligned with insurance reimbursement structures. You will retain 60-70% of the revenue generated from services provided.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the mental health field.
• Ownership of a computer with a camera, high-speed internet subscription, and a private, well-lit space for patient sessions.
• NPI and CAQH numbers are advantageous.
