✅ : Earn $250 for referring a full-time client (20+ hours a week) who remains a client for at least 30 days, and $1,000 for a full-time client (20+ hours a week) who remains a client for at least 90 days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mean-prep, grooming, hygiene, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in home/health care.
• Compassionate, reliable, and responsible
• Ability to pass a background check (to be paid for by the applicant, cost approximately $22)
• Must complete a 2-step tuberculosis (TB) test or blood test (or have 1 that's less than a year old)
• Reliable transportation (license and access to car for work)

Service Areas: Allegheny County.
