We are looking for people, with experience and without is fine, that we can train to build custom decks in our signature style. We are looking for one person that is willing to be a leader of a small 2-3 man crew at some point, and one person who may or may not want to lead someday but is certainly willing to learn while starting as a helper. This is perfect for young people that want to learn a trade instead of going to college!

Work is outside and is one deck project at a time at residential jobsites around Central Arkansas. Candidate will need their own reliable transportation. You do not need your own tools other than a tape measure and speed square. Pay is based on experience and raises come as fast as you learn.
