We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at the Santa Barbara Pickleball Shop! If you love helping people and want to help people find the right gear, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Recommend paddles and equipment based on customer needs and preferences
  • Ring up purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
  • Help count and manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy
  • Support daily shop operations and provide top-notch customer service

Qualifications:

  • Great communication and people skills
  • Interest in pickleball or willingness to learn about the sport and equipment
  • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
