ACT Restoration is a premier flooring restoration company specializing in concrete polishing, terrazzo, epoxy, and natural stone refinishing for both commercial and residential clients throughout Minnesota. Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our field crew. No prior flooring experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Ideal candidates are dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in delivering top-notch

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as 900-pound concrete grinders
• Utilize hand tools, including grinders, saws, and jackhammers
• Mix and apply concrete repair patches
• Clean, seal, and polish various flooring surfaces
• Prepare and install coatings like epoxy and urethane
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
