We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Sales Assistant/Producer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to the overall success of the agency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Licensed in Property and Casualty-Agency will provide financial assistance to obtain necessary certification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help customers with billing and payment options
• Process paperwork, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Prepare insurance quotes and policy documents for clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with relevant information and advice.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
