Full-Time or Part-Time Position | In-Gallery Role | Marketing + Admin + Fashion & Art Outreach

The DeBilzan Gallery in Delray Beach — home of internationally renowned artist William DeBilzan — is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our small but powerful creative team.

About the Role:
This is not your typical office job. You’ll work closely with William and help bring his artistic and business visions to life — with the support of AI tools like ChatGPT. Your job will be to follow through on creative ideas by sending outreach emails, posting on social media, managing art and fashion promotions, and helping grow our network of partners, designers, and clients.

What You’ll Do:
• Support daily gallery operations with a focus on marketing and communications
• Use ChatGPT and other tools to execute creative campaigns
• Email fashion designers, hat makers, and product companies for collaboration
• Post gallery updates, new art, and fashion lines on Instagram/Facebook
• Manage client and press outreach for art events and promotions
• Follow through on ideas with reliability, speed, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone organized, tech-savvy, and creative
• A self-starter who can work directly with an artist and execute ideas without hand-holding
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in marketing, social media, fashion, or gallery work is a plus
• Comfortable using AI (like ChatGPT) or willing to learn

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible, but must be present at the gallery
