ICC Cable Corp. is a privately owned distributor of industrial and marine cables and electrical components, established in the year 2006. Our company is seeking an Import Documentation Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will help with the supply chain process with a particular emphasis on the review and processing of documentation for the international transport of finished goods to our customers and delivery of import ocean containers to our customers. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, process, and distribute shipping documentation to appropriate channels
• Schedule receipt of necessary documentation from vendor
  • Monitor documentation schedule based on production schedules
• Data entry for vessel and container receipt based on shipping schedules 
• Assist in production planning of orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 
  • Monitor international and domestic shipping regulations to ensure compliance  
• Maintain and process shipping documentation in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   
• Must be highly organized and maintain detailed records
• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams 
• Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel and Outlook
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
