We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative & Social Media Assistant to support our team, help manage customer relationships and contribute to our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service (Primary Role):

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service details
  • Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and professionalism
  • Provide support for billing, quotes, and general administrative tasks

 

Social Media Assistance (Secondary Role):

  • Assist in creating and posting content for company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding where appropriate
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions as directed
  • Track engagement metrics and provide monthly updates

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or office support (trade or service industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
