The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items to recipe specifications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Prepare and cook menu items using various methods (grill, fry, sauté, etc.).
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper temperatures.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
