POOL MANAGER – Whisperwood HOA

We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and organized individual to manage daily operations of the Whisperwood neighborhood pool for the 2025 summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pool attendants’ scheduling and daily performance

Ensure pool opens and closes on time and remains clean and safe

Check chemical levels daily; report issues to maintenance vendor

Handle resident inquiries and enforce pool rules and policies

Coordinate party reservations and communicate with HOA board

Ensure bathrooms and pool area are tidy and secure each evening

Serve as point of contact for emergencies or operational issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in staff supervision or facility management

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Basic knowledge of pool safety and maintenance practices

Pay: Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Variable shifts, approximately 30–35 hours per week
