Job Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product selection, share your knowledge of hunting and fishing gear, and help maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hunting and fishing equipment
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Stay up to date on the latest outdoor gear and product features

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
