We offer trauma-informed, integrative care for individuals seeking growth and transformation. Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Counselor (LPC, LMSW, LLPC, or equivalent) to provide individual therapy to a diverse clientele. This position offers the flexibility of setting your own schedule while working within a collaborative, supportive environment committed to professional growth and personal fulfillment.

Position Details:

Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Location: In-person at our Farmington Hills office with potential hybrid options

Schedule: Flexible within standard operating hours

Start Date: Flexible; as soon as the right candidate is found

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality individual therapy to clients 

Complete documentation in compliance with practice and ethical standards (notes, assessments, treatment plans)

Maintain client caseload with a minimum expectation of 15+ billable sessions/week (after onboarding)

Attend monthly team meetings and case consultation groups

Optional: Facilitate therapy groups or workshops based on specialty areas

Qualifications:

Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LMSW, or LP; LLPC candidates considered with supervision plan

Trauma-informed approach; EMDR, EFT, or somatic therapy experience a plus

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Passion for holistic, client-centered therapy approaches

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced or highly motivated to work with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions

Warm, grounded, and intuitive in clinical presence

Aligned with integrative healing philosophies (mind-body-spirit connection)

Open to working with diverse populations, inclusive of all backgrounds

Competitive fee-for-service pay structure (based on licensure and experience)
