We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional or executive. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks. This position requires discretion, flexibility, and excellent time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as needed
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries
  • Manage personal and professional to-do lists and priorities
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other contacts on behalf of the employer
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
     

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing travel and logistics
  • Basic bookkeeping or budget management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
