We’re seeking a dedicated Weekend Day Tracking Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a sharp eye for detail.

What You’ll Do:
•    Ensure freight is moving smoothly by tracking loads from dispatch to delivery.
•    Monitor carrier performance and maintain compliance.
•    Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to solve issues and relay accurate updates.
•    Dispatch drivers to shippers, consignees, and stops as needed.
•    Document all interactions, updates, and exceptions in McLeod in real-time.
•    Mentor new employees and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
•    Be responsive and available via company-provided phone during your shift.
•    Work either on-site or from a customer location, depending on business needs.

What You Bring:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    At least 6 months of consistent work experience (logistics or transportation background is a plus).
•    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
•    A team player mindset and the desire to grow in a fast-paced industry.
 

Other Details:
•    Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
•    Certifications: None required.
•    Technology Use: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and McLeod.
