Full-time salary: $3,000/month. On-site- Downtown Miami.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Wholesale Car Dealer Assistant to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with arbitrations, inspections, and logistics in the automotive industry, specifically within the wholesale market.
Familiarity with main auctions, NAAA rules, and transportation logistics is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the arbitration process with auctions and ensure all claims are handled
efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and coordinate with auction houses to ensure proper
representation of vehicles.
• Stay updated with NAAA rules and guidelines to ensure compliance in all vehicle
transactions.
• Oversee logistics and transportation for wholesale vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Assist with inventory management, paperwork, and administrative duties as needed to support the wholesale team.

• Communicate effectively with auction houses, transportation companies, and other
stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in the wholesale automotive industry, specifically with arbitrations and vehicle inspections.
• Familiarity with Auctions and their arbitration processes.
• Strong understanding of NAAA rules and guidelines.
• Experience with transportation logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of wholesale car dealer software and auction platforms.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
