POSITION:      IT Intern

Location:        Based in Pittsburgh, PA

As an IT Intern you will assist in the IT Department.  This is an unpaid internship, but can be completed for college credit.   

Essential Functions:

• Perform basic problem solving and assist with various software applications and hardware systems.
• Assist with the implementation of technology projects like cellular and laptop deployments.
• Assist with the maintenance of inventory and helpdesk systems.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and related equipment and devices.

Requirements:  

• Must live in or around the Pittsburgh area and have reliable transportation; this internship is based out of our Pittsburgh office;
• Flexible days and hours based on your schedule;
• Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications;
• Superior problem solving capabilities;
• Excellent customer service;
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn, as well as always find the solution;
