Job Summary:
As an entry-level concrete Laborer, you will assist in all aspects of concrete construction including mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up forms and rebar for concrete placement

Mix, pour, and spread concrete

Operate hand and power tools

Clean and maintain tools and work areas

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Support skilled workers and supervisors as needed

Qualifications:

No previous concrete experience required (construction experience is a plus)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
