In this customer-facing role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and driving sales for our clients. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy face-to-face interactions, and are passionate about building positive customer relationships.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through product options
• Proactively engage with customers to achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions to effectively support customer needs
• Support store operations and help coordinate pop-up retail events
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive business growth

Position Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $47,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Location: In-person, Louisville, KY (must be able to commute to this location)

Work Style: Face-to-face, non-digital, no social media marketing involved
