We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Montessori School. The ideal candidates will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. These role requires an understanding of Montessori principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Candidates must be passionate about working with children and families while being a part of a team of quality early childhood educators.

Required: minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.

Full-time: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Part-time: Monday-Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm / 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Educate and support children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment.
• Works well in a team teaching environment, is able to follow instruction and can take initiative in getting classroom duties/responsibilities done.
• Maintains center's professional status by understanding and following policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Experience

• Previous experience working with students in a classroom or daycare setting is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with children of all ages as well as their families.
